Review of High Bridge, New Jersey

Do these comparisons include property tax?
Star Rating - 9/10/2014
I'm not sure the comparisons on this website include property tax. I live in a 30 year old, 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, townhouse with literally 10 sq ft of property. My taxes are $6,100 a year (and I pay $2,100+ a year in association dues). I'm looking at places in Washington State and Oregon that are slightly bigger, and are admittedly more expensive per square foot than in NJ. However, a 3 bedroom, 1700 sq ft home built within the last decade in an expensive part of Oregon, for example, has property taxes of about $4000; here that would be in the $12,000 - $14,000 tax range. NJ is the highest in property taxes after all.
